We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a family run business that is dedicated and focused on providing high grade cannabis, and growing and developing our business within the Canadian market.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Interact with patients by telephone and email to provide information about Canna Farms products and services and detect, assess, communicate, and solve problems with a solution based approach
  • Use critical thinking skills to match our products to their potential solutions
  • Conduct regular calls to patients to keep them informed about products
  • Documents and address patient concerns, and if necessary refer unresolved issues to relevant departments for follow-up
  • Documents patient information in electronic or paper format within compliance standards of a regulated industry

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center is desired
  • Ability to type 40wpm is required
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills is essential (comprehension, spoken, written)
  • Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be resourceful of information
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of cannabis is an asset
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain RCMP Security Clearance 

Additional information:

Marketing/Computer Graphic Design experience would be an asset, to help with daily posting on Social Media platforms, client e-mail blasts and in house design. 

This position is a full-time 8 month contract with the potential to expand further.

Section Grower

Canna farms is looking for a passionate, flexible and motivated section grower to help manage the day-to-day-operations of our production facility. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a family run business that is dedicated and focused on providing high grade cannabis, and growing and developing our business within the Canadian market. The successful Section Grower will be required to learn, teach and implement SOP compliance among the production team, in strict compliance with all Health Canada Regulations.  

Duties include

  • Training and managing a strong cannabis production team.
  • Leading by example with the production team, including all aspects of production, from propagation to destruction & sanitation to record keeping. 
  • Responsible for overseeing production demands, following established procedures, and all safety protocols and workplace policies.  
  • Work closely with the QAP to identify plant needs, determine the need for/implement any changes required to maintain the continued success of each crop.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • University/College Degree/Diploma OR Professional Experience in leadership
  • 1-3 Years greenhouse/ACMPR experience with a high level understanding of plant cultivation from seed to harvest. This must include knowledge of advanced nutrients and how they are used to meet the nutritional demands of the plants. 
  • Strong computer skills considered an asset.
  • Capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably.
  • Must be 19+ with the ability to obtain and maintain A/RPIC status, as per Health Canada's ACMPR. 
  • Schedule flexibility is a requirement. Hours are full time, but may include weekends or evenings, depending on production need.

  • Learn and implement all SOP compliance requirements, as directed by your Section Grower.
  • Effectively and safely learn and comply with all sanitation procedures. 
  • Perform tasks related to sanitation, plant propagation, transplant, harvest, destruction and more. 
  • Ability to take direction effectively, and comply with the demands of leadership, as well as Health Canada at all times. 
  • Capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with the Section Grower, and other members of the production team, to effectively manage and maintain successful crops.
